Dal 2003 SecondHandSongs.com gestisce e pubblica informazioni dettagliate sulle cover dei brani musicali.
Sulla piattaforma è possibile sapere tutto sulla reinterpretazione o sul rifacimento di un brano musicale da parte di qualcuno che non ne è l’interprete originale.

Dalla sezione “Database Statistics” è possibile visualizzare le statistiche aggiornate (Song statistics, Artist statistics, Release statistics, Growth statistics, User statistics, Other statistics) che includono Titolo del Brano, Autori, Interprete originale, Numero di Covers e numero di Adattamenti.

Nel nostro caso, abbiamo scelto di visulizzare le “Most covered songs” escludendo le canzoni natalizie.
