“Thought Contagion”, il nuovo video dei Muse

“Thought Contagion”, il nuovo brano dei Muse, è stato presentata in anteprima alla Radio 1 della BBC nel corso del programma condotto da Annie Mac.
La canzone trae ispirazione dal divulgatore scientifico Richard Dawkins e dal concetto di meme.
Dall’intervista sono trapelate anche novità sul nuovo album che rimane ancora in lavorazione.

“Il brano è stato prodotto da Rich Costey, già collaboratore dei Muse per la produzione degli album Absolution e Black Holes and Revelations, e a detta del frontman Matthew Bellamy presenta sonorità ispirate a Fury, bonus track dell’edizione giapponese di Absolution. Il testo, interamente composto da Bellamy, spiega il modo in cui i pensieri, le idee e le convinzioni altrui possono a volte condizionare la propria mente.

Il videoclip è stato filmato a Los Angeles tra il 23 e il 24 gennaio 2018, venendo pubblicato il 15 febbraio 2018 attraverso il canale YouTube del gruppo.”
